The hotel was lovely and clean.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner buffet had a wide variety.The pool was a great size with plenty of loungers. Tennis court, mini golf and games room were great features.

Wonderful

The hotel surroundings ( the pool area, the bar, the garden) is a beautiful, well-kept oasis they will instantly relax your mind and eyes. The personell was kind, helpful, everyone speaks English. Room was comfy, clean, lots of space for us There is a great shopping area nearby ( El Tablero).

Mostly it is far away from the xity, you need to rent a car or get a taxi to move around Studio apartment should have a bit more kitchen utensils or basics for cooking ( salt, pepper). Get ready to shop for yourself or ask our room as we left so many ingredients for a good meal. Buffet breakfast is quite average, there is a wide range of assortment, but not the tastiest ones.

Great facilities. Large apartments, laundry room, 2 swimming pools.

Nothing comes to mind. WiFi could have been faster, but that seems to be a challenge for the entire island.

Very good just sad about the jacuzzi and bar!

The rooms and facilities were lovely, super clean! Reception staff are absolutely lovely, same with cleaning staff!

Bar wait staff were slow and sometimes slightly rude, better getting a menu yourself, have to flag to order and will take an age for the bill! Also the jacuzzi was constantly being played in by kids despite being a relax zone! Couldn’t comfortably use it!

The pool is amazing rooms have a great view very spacious and has everything you could need for a family

We were half board and it was a hassle to give a paper every meal to be marked would of been better if we had a band or something less trying than needing to have a paper constantly on us only one as well so all 5 of us had to be together .bit more information on arrival would of been nice . had to pay for parking when it states you are allocated one space but never mentioned a charge and everything charged to the room is not itemized just says pool bar charge so have no idea what we had been charged for. apart from these things it was great

Exceptional

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable we asked for an extra bed before arrival which was in the room when we checked in. The bathroom was spacious with a bath and a seperate shower. Our kids loved the pool area as the pools were heated- we paid to go to a water park and they wouldn't even go in the water there as it was freezing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

For us, the only downside was location. Our balcony was over a busy road not much of an issue for us as the view made up for it. I'm so glad we had the car to get about as hotel is a little out from beach, bars etc. There was a free bus, but we didn't use it, so I can't comment on that.

Home away from Home

Big apartment, big rooms, 2 bath & 2 toilets.. Well equipped apartment. Very comfortable settee and beds.. Beautuful balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Rooms cleaned daily. Very very friendly & helpful staff at the reception, restaurant, cleaning ladies etc. For the staff alone I will come back here. Food is amazing - especially dinner. Good variety to choose from. Half board was very good value. Great facilities - swimming pools, gym, supermarket etc. Walking distance to bigger supermarkets. Free bus to the beach Highly recommend. Will visit again..

No microwave in the kitchen Small leak from upstairs bathroom just before we checked out.

Fabulous hotel and very clean

Amazing stay and very very clean, cleaners were exceptional. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Huge rooms, well equipped and very beautiful surroundings.

The sofa bed for my son was a little bit broken, it was fine for a young child but would not take the weight of an older child. It was not a problem for us but needs to be looked into.

Lovely Hotel

I We have stayed at this hotel before. We absolutely love it. Excellent choice at meal times and delicious. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Always smiling, chatting & laughing with you.. . Rooms are very spacious & extremely clean.. Beds comfortable. Ceiling fan as well as air conditioning.. Great pool bar serving snacks & meals. Yummy cocktails not forgetting the happy hour!! We will return for another break shortly

Can't really think of anything. I could be pedantic and say.. far too many steps going down to the pool toilets for us old women with bad knees!! lol And perhaps only English ITV on the TV. Could you switch on BBC 1 as well please

Wonderful

Apartment size and views. Beautiful gardens and immaculately kept. Perfect pool and sunbathing. Staff are brilliant and always helpful.

Entertainment at night is limited and location layout could be better. Quality of BBQ meats could be improved, but generally evening dinners were very good.

Absolutely fantastic resort!

Fantastic resort with awesome pools, very nice gardens, friendly staff, good restaurant, great pool bar, possibility of parking on site etc. Far from the sea though but with free shuttle to the beach couple times a day and for those with a car it is close to highway so you can reach almost any part of the island within hour. For families with kids this is one of the best on Gran Canaria within this price range we have seen. Do not hesitate!

Pools sunbeds "reservation" policy should be enforced on regular (hourly) basis as a lot of people wake up early just to place a towel on sunbeds not tobe there for half a day. Morons :-) There is sometime a problem to find sunbeds on "better" spots then (we have small children and need to see them what is not possible from sunbeds further from pools). But this is just a small flaw, nothing to be bothered by really.

A True Oasis and Home in the Desert

My family's first ever trip to Gran Canaria and we could not have had a better hotel than Palm Oasis! The place is simply stunning! Arrival: An Oasis Paradise Upon arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful and friendly receptionist staff who were eloquent in English and always eager to help all the way through to the time we left. But we were taken more aback once we entered into the compound, mesmerised by the sight before us of palm trees, a water fountain, swimming pools, stony paths, a feeling of exotic tropical paradise. Apartment: Captivating Views and Space Our Villa Caideros, which is directly opposite the further swimming pool, is a delightful air-conditioned apartment, complete with open kitchen with the living room, marble bathroom with hydrobath, a bedroom filled with light from windows in two directions, and a balcony and sun terrace with stunning views that span as far as the Maspalomas Dunes and sea in the distance - what an amazing sight! Atmosphere: Coming Home And what an amazing feeling it is to be able to cool down in the spacious pools, surrounded by palms, with access to pool food and drinks service, supermarket and breakfast and dinner buffets. Coming back to the hotel from the day's trips to camel riding, dolphin watching, or beach, always feels like coming back home and a relief from the hot day's sun. Conclusion We couldn't have stayed at a better place than Palm Oasis.

Great stay and value for money, the hotel is beautiful and the amenities are great. We played tennis and it was a lot of fun.

Great stay with spacious rooms !

Great appartement very spacious , nice double airconditioning, one for bedroom and one for living room . Swimmingpools very big and clean , a lot of chloride in the water . The grounds are perfectly maintened by very friendly staff. We came in 2 hours late due delay flight and we were hungry , the kitchen was great and helped on a good late meal right away ! That was so welcoming ! The balcony’s are great so big with 2 luxe sunbeds . The parking was across the street , but they make more parking space we saw . Getting a taxi to Melenoras or Playa del ingles is easy , there waiting all day . Overall a great stay for vacation

It’s kind of far out of the city , but we liked it to be in a more quit area.

Staff were superb,friendly and welcoming,perfectly complimenting the amazing hotel and pool areas and incredible food

Pool areas were superb including the pool bar

The restaurant needed to be air conditioned as it was too hot to eat comfortably even at 9pm when it was still 27 degrees outside

Great relaxing location, excellent for families with small children (who will love the pools).

The pools were outstanding and the staff were friendly and informative.

The hotel furnishings were a little outdated but very clean nonetheless.
